I spent days stitching data between tools. Exporting our customer data, mapping it to customer conversations, sales intel from the CRM, etc. Then we'd spend entire team meetings trying to figure out why our churn rate spiked. Was it a product issue? Support problem? Wrong customer fit? The answers were scattered across our product data, Segment.com, HubSpot, HelpScout, and external sources.
